Privacy request

Use this form to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data in Meetora, to restrict its use, or to object to marketing.

You do not need a Meetora account. This also applies if an exhibitor or another Meetora customer saved your details, for example from your business card.

If a Meetora customer saved your details, that customer is responsible for its contact list. We forward your request to each of them, only about the data they hold, and never share one customer's data with another.

What do you want to do?

We send a confirmation link to this address to check that it is yours. We ask for no other ID unless we cannot confirm your identity this way.

For corrections, tell us what is wrong and what it should say. You can also mention other email addresses or a company name.

We answer within one month of confirmation. If a request is complex, we may extend this by up to two more months and will tell you why within the first month.
